Course description

Imagine you work for a law firm and they have received instructions to act on both sides of a transaction. This training course allows you to re-wind the clock and consider the policies and procedures required, as well as the physicality of your office space, before you accept those instructions.

With problems available for both SRA and CLC regulated firms, this two hour session covers both sets of regulatory requirements. You will work as a team with the other delegates to solve the problems presented and broaden your knowledge and understanding of the regulatory requirements to act on both sides.
