Conference anchor

Use our conference anchor service for a well organised day. Katie will support your speakers and delegates throughout your conference to allow you to spend time using those insights with your clients and contacts. Make the most of your conference with our anchor service.

Speaker support

Experienced conference presenter Katie will liaise with your speakers in advance and:

  • Confirm times and the overall agenda
  • Discuss their sessions in a supportive way
  • Answer their questions
  • Provide tips for public speaking and effective presentations
  • Upload their slides into a slide pack
  • Arrange their time of arrival on the day

On the day, Katie will arrive early, meet and greet your speakers, show them the set up and offer an opportunity to walk the room and speak at the podium. Katie will manage the projection and microphone to ensure the sessions run smoothly.

Katie will also confirm and manage timings of sessions as they happen.

In the event of speaker force majeure (a speaker who cannot attend at the last minute), Katie will offer a back up session agreed with you.

Room set up

Our conference anchor service includes advance room set up. Katie will arrive before you and the delegates to make sure the area is as you requested, the printed materials have arrived,  food and drink are as booked, the break out areas are available, and the IT is working.

Front of house

Hosting a conference might mean you delivering a keynote address to your clients and contacts. It doesn't mean telling delegates about the agenda and keeping them updated, discussing break facilities, or directing them to workshop sessions.

Our service includes front of house opening, closing, and daytime delegate address from the speaker podium, covering all aspects of delegate management and sponsor advertising. This service combines with our speaker support to ensure a seamless transition between sessions, and well managed day.

Confident public speaker Katie provides an continuous engaging presence both on the podium and with your delegates, meaning you benefit from more involved attendees, the opportunity to network and liaise, and greater follow up opportunities.
